Siliguri, 02nd January: 22-year-old Bhumika Chhetri died in a fatal road accident. She was a resident of Hakim Para.
As per the report, on Friday, Bhumika went to Lataguri on the occasion of New Year with her friends on a motorcycle. While returning in the evening, the bike collided with a truck near the Chunabhatti area of Fulbari. Apparently, three people including Bhumika were riding on the said bike.
Following this, Bhumika was admitted to the hospital, where she died during treatment. Today her autopsy was carried out in North Bengal Medical College and Hospital.
