Siliguri, 02nd June: Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, small and big thefts are taking place frequently in several wards under the Khalpara outpost of Siliguri Municipal Corporation.
A memorandum was issued at the Khalpara outpost by the Siliguri Vidhan Sabha Yuva Congress to take immediate action to curb such incidents.
A five-member team led by organization president Sayan Ghosh handed over the memorandum.
