Siliguri, 03rd May: In view of the ongoing lockdown, the members of the Siliguri Srishti Foundation, under the leadership of organization owner Goutam Goswami, fed the hungry and helpless monkeys in Sevoke today.
Goswami stated that the stray animals, who heavily rely on passersby to feed their hungry stomachs are going through a helpless situation due to the lockdown. Therefore, such an initiative has been taken. He further stated that 1500 bananas and 100 kgs of watermelons were given to the monkeys.
