Siliguri, 19th October: In view of the ongoing pandemic, the Siliguri Sanghashree club has taken several initiatives to restrict crowds in the puja pandal. the premises will also be demarcated as no-entry zones.
The puja budget has also been reduced this year. The pandal of Sanghashree Club is being constructed in the style of a traditional Thakur Dalan like the mansions of the wealthy zemindar families in the older days.
Reportedly, 10 people will be allowed to enter the puja pandal at a time to offer Ashtami Pushpanjali following which the pandal will be thoroughly sanitized.
