Siliguri, 02nd May: The cops of Siliguri police station demonstrated swift action as they recovered a lost mobile phone within 35 minutes of receiving the complaint. Following the recovery, the mobile phone has been handed over to its rightful owner.
Reportedly, Swapan Ghosh, a resident of Dhupguri Nathua Hat, reported the loss of his mobile phone while traveling by NBST bus, to meet his son in Siliguri. Upon filing a complaint at the Siliguri police station, the officials swiftly tracked the phone’s location to the Tenzing Norgay bus terminus at Siliguri Junction.
Subsequently, the police retrieved the phone, completed necessary procedures, and returning it to Ghosh. Owner Swapan Ghosh was elated at the swift resolution. He expressed his gratitude to the police for their quick and efficient assistance.
