Siliguri Merchants Association introduce free tea management course for youths of North Bengal

Siliguri, 02nd February: Siliguri Merchants Association, in an attempt to increase employment opportunities for the youths of North Bengal, will be providing free tea management course.


Addressing a press conference at Siliguri Journalists Club today, the projector’s chairman Harendra Lohia said that the said course will run from February 15 of this month and that it will be completely free of cost. This course will be conducted for three months and advance training.

On behalf of the association, it was further informed that such an initiative has been taken to save the tea plantation industry mainly in North Bengal and to increase employment opportunities for the unemployed youths. Reportedly, there are 20 seats available in this course. All the candidates who enrol in this course will be assisted for employment.
