Siliguri, 06th April: In light of the nation-wide lockdown, the Mahananda Sporting Club and the Corona Relief Fund distributed ration among 400 poor people in Siliguri Mahatma Gandhi Chowk (Airview More) on Monday.
As per the report, the distribution was arranged following the government guideline of maintaining social distance. The club members stated that ration will also be distributed in various areas of the city on the coming Wednesday and Thursday. They further added that they aim to take more such initiatives during the entire lockdown period.
