Siliguri, 07th April: In light of the nation-wide lockdown, the Hygiene Care organization handed over ration to all the Councilors of Siliguri Municipal Corporation to feed around 1000 poor families.
In the presence of the Bhaktinagar Police, cooked meals were also distributed among 500 people following the government guidelines.
Iskcon Public relations Official Namkrishna Das hand over the ration to the councilor of Ward No. 39. The organization members stated that more such initiatives will be taken in the entire lockdown period.
