Siliguri, 17th May: In a heart-warming gesture, Subhajit Sanyal and his wife Debolina Sanyal, residents of Hakimpara Pakurtala More, decided not to celebrate their 14th wedding anniversary but instead distributed ration among 20 radio and baul artists with the assistance of Siliguri Unique Foundation Team on Sunday.
The couple stated that since all the radio and baul artists are deprived of several government facilities amid the lockdown period, they stepped forward to help them and stated that it was a pleasure to help the needy in such a crisis.
