Siliguri, 07th September: A 25 member committee of Bidhan Road Vyavasayee Samiti was formed today. The new committee is chaired by president Tushar Kanti Ghosh, secretary Subrata Saha and treasurer Jatan Dutt.
Addressing the media, Tushar Kanti Ghosh, said that a new committee has been formed by dissolving the old committee. Despite running for many years, the committee does not have any office. In view of this, initiatives are being taken to build an office on Bidhan Road.
Further speaking concerning the parking problem on Bidhan Road, he said that the matter has been discussed with the police and administration. Also, focus is being given to the construction of public restrooms on Bidhan Road.
