Sikkim police personnel posted in New Delhi shot two of his colleagues dead and injured another in firing who later succumbed to his injuries while being taken to the hospital.
According to recent updates, the accused has been identified as Prabin Rai (32) who shot his commander Pintso Namgyal Bhutia, Dhan Hang Subba and Indra Lal Chhetri. While the accused surrendered himself to the police around 3 pm, reports stated that the motive behind the incident is not clear yet.
