Siliguri, 17th January: The Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Gyan Yagya organized by Sri Radhe Sewa Samiti (Santoshi Nagar) commenced today with a huge Kalash Yatra in Santoshi Nagar.
The programme was inaugurated by ward coordinator Durga Singh in the presence of several dignitaries.
Chairman Pankaj Saha and Secretary Jayaprakas Das said that the programme has been inaugurated today with a grand Kalash Yatra, which reached Santoshi Nagar after touring various places of the city.
From January 17 to 23, the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Gyan Yagya will begin every day at 2 pm. Following this, the Mahaprasad arrangements will be done on January 24.
On behalf of the committee, Jitendra Verma and Govinda Sahni informed that the entire Bhagwat Katha will be organized following the government guidelines.
