Siliguri, 22nd June: The Student Federation of India (SFI) staged a protest in Siliguri, accusing the National Testing Agency (NTA) of corruption in the NET and NEET examinations. The protesters allege that this corruption is being facilitated by the BJP and RSS.
Reportedly, SFI activists gathered on Saturday in front of Vivekananda Mini Market and proceeded to Hashmi Chowk. Ankit Dey, representing SFI, condemned the alleged corruption, stating that crucial exams determining students’ futures are being compromised.
Dey emphasized that SFI’s protest is part of a nationwide movement against this corruption, demanding the immediate resignation of the Union Education Minister. He cautioned that if a proper investigation is not conducted, SFI would escalate their protests.
