Siliguri, 06th May: Sangrami Samyukta Manch held a rally on the 100th day of their movement demanding dearness allowance (DA). Members of the organization gathered in front of Baghajatin Park, and the rally followed various routes throughout the city, conveying their demands. Rita Thakur, the joint convenor of the Darjeeling district of Sangrami Samyukta Manch, emphasized that dearness allowance is not a charitable offering but a rightful entitlement. She reiterated their unwavering commitment to fight for their rights.
