Safe Home to be inaugurated in Siliguri’s Polytechnic College

Siliguri, 10th June: A Safe Home has been set up at Polytechnic College in Dabgram, Siliguri which will be inaugurated on Friday. The safe home is being opened under the initiative of the Siliguri Suryanagar Social Welfare Organization and with the assistance of The Bethel Church Association and Covid Care Network.


Initially, 20 beds have been arranged, out of which 10 beds are for women and 10 beds for men. Oxygen services will also be provided at the safe house.

The organizers held a press conference on Thursday, where they informed that the newly set up safe home will be inaugurated on Friday. COVID patients will get free treatment and if necessary, free ambulance services will be provided.
