Siliguri, 16th July: Relief materials were distributed on behalf of the Rotary Club of Siliguri Metropolitan among the impoverished children and old people in Harijan Basti of Ashram Para. During the camp, the Corona Warriors were also honoured by the organization.
District 3240 Assistant Governor RTN Sandeep Ghoshal, DD-II ACP Rajen Chhetri and Bhaktinagar Traffic IC Subir Dutta were chiefly present during the programme.
Later, the chief guests distributed essential nutrients and masks as relief material among 225 children and elderlies of the Harijan Basti.
Rotary Club President RTN Shiv Shankar Sarkar, Vice-President Jyoti Dey, Secretary RTN Rakesh Garg, event chairman Naveen Agarwal along with all the other members of the organization were present during the programme.
