Fulbari, 31st January: ‘Road Safety Week’ was observed in Fulbari through the ‘Safe Drive, Save Life’ program on Friday, organized by the Fulbari Highway Traffic Outpost under the Siliguri Metropolitan Police.
The event featured a rally aimed at raising awareness among bikers about traffic rules. Helmets were distributed, and roses were handed to bikers who were not wearing helmets. Additionally, a free eye examination camp was set up as part of the initiative.
The program was attended by ADCP Abhishek Majumdar, ACP Traffic Rathindra Nath Biswas, IC of NJP Police Station Sonam Lama, OC of Fulbari Highway Traffic Outpost Asit Saha, and other police officers.
