Siliguri, 31st January: Siliguri Junction Traffic Guard, under Siliguri Metropolitan Police, observed ‘Road Safety Week’ as part of the ‘Safe Drive, Save Life’ initiative.
As part of the program, awareness about traffic rules was spread through drama and dance performances. The event was attended by Siliguri Police Commissioner C Sudhakar, DCP (Traffic) Biswa Chand Thakur, ACP Maksadur Rahman, ADCP Abhishek Majumdar, and IC Ridham Saha of Junction Traffic Guard, along with other police personnel.
Speaking on the occasion, Police Commissioner C Sudhakar emphasized the importance of following traffic laws and urged the general public to support the ‘Safe Drive, Save Life’ campaign.
