Siliguri, 09th January: The distinguished playwright of Siliguri, Basu Sarkar, passed away at the age of 66, today. Reportedly, he had been ill for a long time. He took his last breath at his residence in Hakimpara.
Reportedly, Basu Sarkar had acted in Arpana Sen’s movie. He had also worked with Satyajit Ray.
