Siliguri, 12th June: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) once again postponed the class 12th exam. The remaining papers of the examination will now be held on 02nd, 06th and 08th July 2020.
In this context, a meeting was conducted at the Circuit House in Siliguri today, among the higher officials of the Education Department including Darjeeling District Magistrate, Siliguri Sub-Divisional Officer and other executives.
In the meeting, no changes have been made regarding the pre-allocated venue of the examination centers. Guidelines such as proper sanitization of the centers and maintenance of social distance during the examinations were issued.
All teaching and non-teaching staff have been directed to wear mouth masks and gloves in the examination hall. Also, the centres have been instructed to maintain a distance of at least 3 feet between the students and staff.
On the other hand, the administration is likely to ensure that no difficulties are faced by the examinees while reaching their allotted examination centers.
