Siliguri, 28th October: On the birth anniversary of Sister Nivedita, the Rashtriya Sevika Samiti’s Akhil Bharatiya Mahila organization adopted several initiatives across the entire state. Accordingly, the organization members distributed fruits in Siliguri’s COVID-19 safe house.
Shanta Pal, a member of the organization, said that most of the people living in the Indoor stadium safe house belong from poor families. Hence, such an initiative was taken.
On the other hand, safe house doctor Dr S. P. Dey stated that such an initiative has been taken to boost the morale of COVID-19 patients.
