Siliguri, 28th November: Baikunthapur forest division’s Sarugara Ranger Sanjay Dutt has set an example of humanity by helping the fatherless daughter of a family.
Deepali Saha, a resident of Rajeev Nagar in Darjeeling More, has been looking after her three children by running a tea shop ever since the death of her husband. However, tension gripped the family when Deepali’s eldest daughter Rupali’s marriage was fixed. She then reached out to Forest Officer Sanjay Dutt, who, according to Deepali, ‘like a God’ stepped forwards to help the needy family.
Reportedly, Sanjay Dutt has taken the entire expenses of Rupali’s marriage. Furthermore, Dutt gave away the bride on behalf of her departed father.
