Siliguri, 23rd March: State politics have boiled up after eight people were charred to death in a late-night fire at Bogtui village, Rampurhat on Monday. The incident surfaced following the murder of Deputy Pradhan of Trinamool Congress (TMC).
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a protest rally in Siliguri on Wednesday. The rally commenced from Hashmi Chowk in the presence of BJP councilors and district leaders.
