Siliguri, 05th August: On the occasion of Ram Mandir Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya, a puja and yagna was organized at Ward No. 1 Rajendra Nagar under Siliguri Municipal Corporation, on Wednesday. The puja is likely to be continued till tomorrow.
Around 1.5 quintals of laddu (sweets) were distributed in the area under the initiative of the locals. Besides, kirtan was also organized since this morning. 1,008 diyas will also be lit in the area this evening.
