Rajganj, 11th October: The Sree Sangha Club of Rajganj is engaged in final preparations for Durgotsav. Notably, only a countable number of days are left for Durga Puja for which preparation works are in full swing. This year, the club will be presenting an eco-friendly Puja Mandap.
As per reports, the Club is celebrating its 66th Durgotsav, for which, preparations began two months ago. Decorations are being made with the lights of Chandannagar. For several years, the Sree Sangha Club of Rajganj has been presenting attractive mandap decorations and dazzling lighting.
Secretary of Sree Sangha Club Arindam Banerjee stated that preparations for the puja are underway and the puja mandap is being built with eco-friendly materials. He added that the Puja Mandap would be virtually inaugurated by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday. Furthermore, he stated that this year the preparations are on with an estimated budget of 12 lakh rupees. In addition to the Puja, various cultural programs will be organized daily.
