Rajganj, 06th October: A resident of Rajganj’s Sauda Vita village under Sukhani Gram Panchayat, named Mumtazuddin has been missing following the horrifying disaster in Sikkim. For several years, he has been living in Sikkim’s Singtam for work purposes and his daughter is also studying there.
As per reports, due to the disastrous flash flood that occurred, on Tuesday night, the condition remains grim in Sikkim. Hundreds of people went missing, including Mumtazuddin. The family members are unable to establish contact with him due to a breakdown in communication. In addition, Mumtazuddin’s daughter is also unable to return home due to the prevailing conditions.
In this regard, a relative stated that they had contacted the daughter over the phone, during which, she revealed that her father was untraced. The sudden turn of events left the family members and relatives in distress.
