Rajganj, 16th May: The Rajganj police launched campaigns on Sunday to raise awareness among the traders. The shops which were open even after the allotted time were warned by the police.
The state government has announced strict restrictions from Sunday till May 30. The shops that are allowed to remain open from 7 am to 10 am were found open post 11 am.
The Rajganj Police along with members of the local Sreesangha Club and Vyavasayee Samiti conducted operations in the Rajganj Bazar area. IC of Rajganj Police Station Pankaj Kumar Sarkar warned the shop owners who kept their stores open even after the allotted time. He warned to take strict legal action if rules are violated from now on.
