Rajganj, 03rd May: Rajganj student Deepjoy Sarkar’s results in the Madhyamik examinations despite financial constraints have garnered the attention of several. On Friday, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy extended his appreciation by honoring Deepjoy for his results.
It is to be noted that Deepjoy Sarkar, a resident of School Para in Sukhani Gram Panchayat of Rajganj block, is the son of Mithun Sarkar and Deepa Sarkar. He is a student of Rajganj Mahendra Nath High School and achieved an impressive score of 664 marks in his Madhyamik exams. Deepjoy shared his dream of becoming a doctor in the future. However, Deepjoy’s father has been unwell for an extended period, and his mother supports the family by working as a tailor.
On Friday, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, accompanied by social worker Arindam Banerjee, visited Deepjoy’s residence and presented him with bouquets and sweets as a gesture of appreciation. Additionally, the MLA assured Deepjoy and his family of providing financial assistance to support his ambition to become a doctor.
