Cooch Behar, 22nd February: The Minister of North Bengal Development Rabindra Nath Ghosh inaugurated the Shiv Chaturdashi at the Shanteshwar Shiv Mandir in the Nakkatigachh area of Cooch Behar. During the event, the Minister followed the temple tradition and ate flattened rice, jaggery, and banana.
