News Desk: In regard to the ongoing nationwide protest for R.G. Kar, a group of medical professionals have joined the call for the arrest and punishment of those responsible at the Swasthya Bhawan in Kolkata.
The demonstration witnessed a participation from both junior and senior doctors. Additionally, a substantial police force was deployed to secure the premises of the Swasthya Bhawan. Upon arrival, the protesting doctors engaged in discussions with the police, requesting to maintain a peaceful protest.
Subsequently, a delegation of 30-35 representatives entered the Swasthya Bhawan for discussions, while the remaining doctors stayed outside to continue their demonstration in a peaceful manner.
