Siliguri, 30th April: Despite the nation-wide lockdown, several e-rickshaws (Toto) are regularly being sighted in Siliguri’s Hospital More and Court More area.
In this regard, the Panitanki Traffic Guard police, on Thursday morning, resorted to lathi-charge and detained several e-rickshaws. The police strictly directed the toto drivers to carry only emergency service workers during the lockdown period. However, they must seek permission from the administration in this regard.
