Siliguri, 25th August: In response to the R.G. Kar incident, the ‘Uttar Kakali Sanskritik Mancha o Nagarikbrind’ took to the streets on Sunday to demand justice.
The march began at the Bottle Company More in Siliguri’s Ward No. 41 and traversed various areas of the city. Protestors carried candles and voiced their demands for punishment for those responsible for the crime.
Polygraph test will help to confirm the identity of culprits. Stringent
punishment to such devils is the need of the hour.
