Siliguri, 07th June: Preparations for Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra, scheduled for July 7, have commenced at the ISKCON temple in Siliguri. The construction of the chariot began on Friday, marked by kirtan performances in front of the chariot.
The event saw the presence of ISKCON temple President Akhil Atmapriya Das, Head Priest Suman Gop Das, and ISKCON Public Relations Officer Namakrishna Das, among others. The preparations are in full swing to ensure a successful Rath Yatra celebration.
