Siliguri, 29th November: The Pradhan Nagar Police arrested a youth on the charges of stealing a four-wheeler car. The arrested youth has been identified as Sanjay Bhagat.
According to police sources, a vehicle holding a Sikkim number plate was stolen on November 26. Following which, the vehicle owner Vijayta Subba lodged a complaint at the Pradhan Nagar Police Station. Based on the complaint, the police launched investigations and arrested a youth from Siliguri’s Devidanga Kalibari area on Saturday night along with the stolen vehicle.
The accused Sanjay Bhagat earlier too had been arrested for various criminal activities. He was produced before the Siliguri court today.
