Siliguri, 21st February: Posters were stuck by the South Local Committee of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), at the Siliguri District Hospital, today, regarding various problems.
The Chairman of South Local Committee of the DYFI, Udayan Das Gupta stated that the doctors do not arrive on time despite the timely opening of OPD in the Siliguri District Hospital. Apart from that, discussions are being held regarding the setting up of a blood composter machine in the Siliguri District Hospital for the last 2 years.
Udayan Das Gupta also stated that Dr. Rudranath Bhattacharya has also been made aware of the problem but no action has been taken so far. He further stated that the common people are frustrated due to the deplorable conditions of all the Government Healthcare, due to which, the posters were stuck.
