Siliguri, 20th February: In a recent development, the undercover cops of the Matigara Police Station recovered 20 stolen mobile phones and handed them over to their rightful owners in Siliguri. It is to be noted that cases of stealing and snatching mobile phones occur frequently in the city.
According to reports, several complaints of phone theft and snatching had been lodged in the police station. Based on the complaint, the police initiated investigations and recovered 20 stolen and snatched mobile phones.
On Tuesday, the cops of Matigara police station handed over the 20 recovered phones to their rightful owners. The development left the owners elated and thanked the police officials for their efforts.
