Siliguri, 07th November: A robbery plot was thwarted by police in Siliguri, leading to the arrest of four suspects. The arrested suspects have been identified as Badal Paswan, Sanjib Das, Sona Babu Sahane, and Vigyan Tamang.
Reportedly, acting on a tip-off, undercover officers from Siliguri police station conducted a raid near the Bharat Nagar Jora Pani Bridge, where several individuals had gathered to plan a robbery.
Upon sensing the presence of the police, the suspects attempted to flee the scene. However, officers managed to chase down and apprehend four individuals. The arrested suspects were presented in court on Thursday.
