Siliguri, 12th September: In a recent incident, a lost laptop was recovered and returned to its rightful owner by the officers of the Pradhan Nagar Police Station.
According to reports, an individual from NJP was travelling on his scooty to work in Matigara via the Jhankar More flyover when he lost his laptop bag comprising the laptop. Subsequently, the person arrived at the Matigara Police Station to report the matter, where he was advised to file a complaint with the original documents of the laptop.
During this, the Matigara Police Station received a phone call from the Pradhan Nagar Police Station informing them that their lost laptop had been found. The individual then visited the police station and received his laptop.
The police found the bag during a routine patrol near the Jhankar More flyover. After recovering the bag and verifying its contents, the police returned it to its owner. The individual, relieved to reunite with his laptop, expressed his gratitude to the police.
