Siliguri, 28th December: The undercover police of Pradhan Nagar police station thwarted a robbery attempt and arrested three miscreants. The accused have been identified as MD Gulshad, MD Israel, and Vishal Raut.
As per police sources, on Friday night, a gang of 10-12 miscreants was planning a robbery behind a temple in Kulipara, Ward No. 01. During routine patrolling, the police noticed the group. While many of the miscreants managed to flee, three were apprehended at the scene.
The arrested individuals were presented in the Siliguri court on Saturday. Meanwhile, police are actively searching for the remaining gang members and conducting further investigations into the case.
