Rajganj, 03rd August: The Ambari police, operating under the Bhorer Alo Police Station, conducted a special ‘Naka checking’ operation on the Fulbari-Gajoldoba state road at Nawapara Canal More on Saturday.
Reportedly, during the operation, police inspected small passenger cars and imposed fines on bike riders for not wearing helmets.
This initiative is part of a broader campaign by the Siliguri Metropolitan Police to enhance road safety and enforce traffic regulations in areas surrounding the city.
