Siliguri, 19th August: In a gesture to strengthen the bond between the police and medical professionals, the Siliguri District Hospital celebrated Raksha Bandhan. On this occasion, police officials visited the hospital to tie the traditional rakhi threads on the wrists of doctors.
Siliguri Police Commissioner C. Sudhakar, along with other senior police officers, participated in the ceremony. Additionally, the doctors tied rakhi threads around the wrists of the police officers.
