Rajganj, 08th September: The Patilabhasha Kadamtala Sarbajanin Durga Puja Committee in Belakoba has officially commenced preparations for Durga Puja with a ceremonial ‘Khutti Puja.’ This year marks the 50th anniversary of their Durga Puja celebration.
The celebration, which is also known as the ‘Vidhayak Khageswar Roy Puja’ after the Rajganj MLA, is renowned for its high-budgeted thematic pavilions. This year, the budget is approximately ₹15 lakh. In addition to the puja, the event will feature a series of cultural programs spanning four days. The organizers are optimistic about a substantial turnout during the festivities.
