Siliguri, 10th February: On Saturday, the parents of the students of Siliguri Girls’ Primary School staged a protest against the change in school uniforms.
As per the details received, the Siliguri Girls’ Primary School, a renowned school in the city, with the uniform of the school coloured white and maroon. However, this year, the uniform has been replaced by blue and white which prompted the parents to raise objections.
The parents stated that the change would not be accepted. On this day, the guardians returned the uniform to the school.
