Rajganj, 12th June: The nomination process for the Panchayat Elections in Rajganj concluded successfully on the third day. Despite the prevailing uncertainty surrounding nominations in various locations across the state, the nomination process proceeded smoothly at the BDO office in Rajganj.
Candidates from different political parties submitted their nomination papers under tight police security. However, as of now, no nomination papers have been filed by the Trinamool Congress (TMC). Sikha Chatterjee, BJP MLA of Dabgram-Fulbari, stated that her party’s candidates submitted their nominations peacefully. She further expressed satisfaction with the arrangements, noting that the filing process was conducted smoothly.
