Fulbari, 13th March: A head-on collision between a bike and a four-wheeler left one person injured in the Rajib More area of Fulbari II Gram Panchayat, near Siliguri, on Thursday. The injured youth has been identified as Musa Ali, a resident of Dhadhagach, Fulbari.
As per local sources, the youth was travelling from Battala More towards the Fulbari border when a four-wheeler suddenly entered the road, resulting in a collision.
Following the incident, locals rushed to his aid and sent him to a private hospital in Fulbari for treatment. Upon receiving information, police from Fulbari Highway Traffic Outpost and New Jalpaiguri Police Station arrived at the spot.
The police seized both vehicles involved and have initiated an investigation into the accident.
