Rajganj, 26th April: A scooter rider was injured in a road accident that took place this afternoon near Fulbari Battalion More. According to local sources, the scooter was heading to Siliguri from Fulbari when it collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction. Allegedly, the truck was going the wrong way.
After the incident, the injured person was rescued and admitted to a nearby hospital. On the other hand, Fulbari Traffic Guard and NJP police reached the spot and detained the truck driver. Police are probing the entire incident.
