Siliguri, 30th January: The Pradhan Nagar police busted an illegal liquor business and arrested a person last night. The arrested accused has been identified as Rajkumar Mahato, a resident of Kulipara.
According to the information received, the police, based on a tip-off, launched an operation in the Kulipara area and recovered 17 liters of country-made and domestic liquor from a house. Following which, Rajkumar Mahto was arrested for illegally selling liquor.
The accused has been produced in the Siliguri court today.
