Kharibari, 17th March: A huge amount of liquor was seized from a pick-up van, loaded with vegetables, during checking at the Galgalia Check Post. A person has also been arrested in connection with the incident.
According to sources, a pick-up van, traveling from the Kharibari Chakkarmari Check Post, was stopped and searched by the police at the Galgalia Check Post. Around 1134.750 liters of alcohol packed in cartons were recovered during the search. The police are currently investigating the entire matter.
