Siliguri, 04th September: The NJP police arrested one person along with stolen goods. The arrested has been identified as Mohammad Jahid.
According to police sources, a burglary took place in a house in Siliguri’s Ashok Nagar area, a few days ago. Following which, the house owner lodged a written complaint. Based on the complaint, the police started an investigation and successfully got hold of the accused.
The stolen items were recovered from his possession. He was produced before the Jalpaiguri court on Friday.
