Siliguri, 28th March: From Sunday morning, the candidates of the assembly elections went to various places in Siliguri to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Holi. Siliguri assembly Trinamool candidate Om Prakash Mishra and BJP candidate Shankar Ghosh were spotted greeting each other and enjoying the festival of colours at an event in Siliguri Dagapur this afternoon. Other BJP workers also played Holi with Mishra.
On the other hand, CPIM candidate Ashok Bhattacharya and Dabgram Fulbari assembly candidate Goutam Deb, too, visited Bashundhara and celebrated the festival with all and also painted on the canvas. All candidates went to various events to increase public relations amidst the election.
